Error message "An error has occurred during document data retrieval. Further work with this document is not possible. Status code: 404, status message: Not Found. Error code: fetchDocumentDataError"

or error message "An error has occurred during document data retrieval. Further work with this document is not possible. Status code: 500, status message: Not Found. Error code: fetchDocumentDataError" can occur in FlexiCapture 12 on Web Verification Station:

Cause

The issue is caused by incorrectly configured rules in the document definition.

Resolution

To resolve the issue uncheck rules one by one and save to the moment when the error disappears.

    Hi,

     I am facing this issue now. I have not made any changes to Document definition and suddenly started receiving this error.

    Please let me the resolution.
