Which are the sources available for Service Fields in FlexiCapture 12?

Answer

These are the options available:

1. Batch documents count: It will show the number of documents of the batch at the moment of recognition

2. Batch name: It will show the name of the batch at the moment of recognition

3. Batch pages count: It will show the number of pages in the batch at the moment of recognition

4. Batch registration parameter: It will show a batch registration parameter defined previously.

5. Document creation time: It will show the time when the document was created.

6. Document Definition name: It will show the name of the document definition applied during recognition. 

7. Document export time: It will show the time when the document was exported.

8. Document last edit time: It will show the time when the document was edited, e.g. during verification.

9. Document last editor info: It will show the info of the last editor of the document, e.g. verification operator.

10. Document number: It will show the number of the document within the batch.

11. Document recognition time: It will show the date and time when the document was recognized,

12. Document recognized symbols count: It will show the number of recognized symbols.

13. Document registration parameter: Same as on 4, but specifically for the document.

14. Document uncertain symbols count: It will show the number of symbols recognized with low confidence.

15. Flexible Section Variant ID: It will show the Variant ID number.

16. FlexiLayout Variant Name: It will show the name of the FL Variant (SearchElements by default on Invoice projects).

17. Image source: It will show a path from which the image was imported.
