Export to data files: Error "Field '<Document Section Name>\<Field Name>' has no corresponding export column and cannot be exported."

Symptoms

When exporting to data files error "Field '<Document Section Name>\<Field Name>' has no corresponding export column and cannot be exported." is issued, the export task fails.

Cause

This error could only happen when both of the below statements are true:

If export results are being saved to one file multiple times (If file exists option is set to Add to end).
In the Data Format Options, Save column names in first row option is turned off.

Resolution

This behavior is by design. If there are no column names in the export file, when the FlexiCapture adds the data to the next row, it can not check that the order of the columns is the same. Thus, the error is issued. If you need to export results in the same file multiple times, the column names are mandatory. So it is needed to turn on the Save column names in first row option in the Data Format Options.

If the export file already exists, please delete it or move it to another place, in order for the new file with column names to be created.
