The following error is outputted to the Windows Application Event Viewer log:
FlexiBr: Processing Server restart: Could not launch the licensing system: Failed to run license <your license number> The license counter is damaged: 123
Please contact the ABBYY technical support service..
The license counter file is damaged.
1. Open C:\ProgramData\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\12.0\Licenses folder.
2. Delete everything from that folder.
3. Restart the Licensing Service.
4. Activate the license in the License Manager again.
