How to configure IMAP import profile to use a shared mailbox? 

Answer

To get access to the shared mailbox it is required to configure settings in the following format as below: 

  • Set the Source in the Import Profile Properties as IMAP Server Name (i.e. outlook.office365.com)
  • In the Settings specify Login as user\shared mailbox (i.e. user@outlook.com\SharedMailbox@outlook.com)
