To find the license information in Timeline Cloud

1. Log in to your Timeline account and click the 3 dots.
2. Select Account Settings.
   
3. In the left navigation, select the Details tab to view:
   • Owner
   • Number of users
   • Number of projects
   • End date
   • etc.
     
4. Select the Subscription tab to view:
   • Status
   • End date
   • Plan
   • Max number of users
   • Max number of events
     

To find the license information in Timeline On-Prem

When installing ABBYY Timeline, the license copies to the computer on which Timeline is being installed. Your license determines the Timeline subscription plan. 

Purchase a license update to do the following: 

• Add support for new features
• Extend the license period
• Increase the maximum number of users you can add to your Timeline account
• Change other license parameters
