"Invalid serial number" error when activating Online License

Symptoms

When activating the license in ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 License Manager, after entering the serial number, the "Invalid serial number" error is shown.

Cause

This error occurs when activating an Online License. The cause is that the installed version of FlexiCapture 12 does not support Online Licenses.

Resolution

Online license support has been added to the FlexiCapture 12 12.0.3.4038 build, so please install FlexiCapture version 12.0.3.4038 or later to use the online license.
