Symptoms

When processing the document through the workflow, the error appears "cache_description was not found." in the processing logs. 

Cause

This error may be caused by the limitation of the path length in Windows. By default, the path is limited by 260 symbols, and the path to the cache template can be longer. 

Resolution

In the latest updates of Windows 10, it is possible to disable the path length limitation.
It is necessary to set the LongPathsEnabled value to 1 for the registry key: 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem
