How to set up the search text for the Static Text element depending on some conditions in FLS?

Answer

In the FlexiLayout Studio 12 the user may set up different variants of static text for the Static Text element using the Advanced pre-search relations (not on the Static Text tab) by the "SearchText" operator:

Comparing to the setting up of possible variants on the "Static Text" tab:

the described setting up in the pre-search relation is a more flexible and adjustable way, and opens more possibilities for precise search.
