The document goes to the Exceptions folder even without creating a batch


Some documents are moved to the “Exception” main folder in SFTP. However, these documents are not processed in ABBYY and batch id’s also are not created.


The Import task in the Processing Server Monitor should be checked, it could contain the error and a possible reason for such behavior.

It could be possible that while importing the file, some additional symbols were added to the file mask, therefore it cannot be recognized as a valid file to be imported.
