How to create a button that would run some custom rule script?

Answer

1. Go to the properties of a field for which a custom action button is required.
2. Navigate to the Custom Action tab.
3. Turn on the Enable Custom Action option.
4. Add necessary fields to the rule settings.
5. Define the button caption.
6. Click on the Edit.. button under the Script section.
7. ​Write a script in the Script Editor window: ​
