Recognition warning message: NLP component is not installed. NER objects are not extracted

Symptoms

In the recognition logs the following warning is shown up even when the NLP module is installed:

NLP component is not installed. NER objects are not extracted.

Cause

It can happen if the installed version of NLP module differs from FlexiCapture Server and Stations version.

Resolution

Please double-check that the NLP module has the same build number as other FlexiCapture components via Control Panel > Programs and Features:
