Symptoms

During recognition or export the following error occurs:

Access violation. The instruction at 0x00007FFD48CA2DB5 (c:\program files\abbyy flexicapture 12 stations\recpage.dll) referenced memory at 0x000001C43B34DFF8. The memory could not be read.

Cause

This is a known issue that occurs sporadically either with some particular documents or when the FlexiCapture 12 system worked under some load. It was fixed in releases later than 12.0.3.2634.

Resolution

If you have FlexiCapture 12 build equal to or older than 12.0.3.2634, upgrade to the latest release.
