Is it possible to activate FineReader PDF with the Support ID?

Answer

The Support ID is the unique identifier of a serial number that contains information about the license and the computer on which it is used. However, it cannot be used to activate the FineReader PDF program. Please use the serial number for activation.

If only the Support ID is known, please submit a request and specify the Support ID. The Support Team will help restore the serial number of the program.
