Is it possible to activate the copy of FineReader with the Support ID?

Can I activate my copy of FineReader with the Support ID displayed in the program?

In FineReader go to the Help menu > About > License Info > the Support ID combination consists of 24 digits.

Answer

The Support ID cannot be used to activate your copy of FineReader. Please use the serial number to activate the program.

If you cannot find the information about the serial number but have the Support ID, please submit a request and specify the Support ID. We will help you restore the serial number of your copy of FineReader.
