Reporting Service (Writing service) isn't populating data in the database.

Symptoms

  • Reporting service. 
  • Document Processing.
  • Empty tables of the Reporting Service DB.

Cause

  • Incorrect/insufficient credentials for Reporting Service executor in the database.

Resolution


Сheck the SQL server's permissions or try to run "ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 ReportingResults Service" under the user who has access to it:
