How to change the NamedPipes protocol to Tcp/Ip?

Answer

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Change the NamedPipes to Tcp/Ip in the LicenseSettings.xml file
  2. Change the NamedPipes to Tcp/Ip in the ConsoleLicensingSettings.xml
    • Both files could be found here: C:\Program Files\ABBYY FineReader Server 14.0\Bin
  3. Make sure there is a NetworkProtocolSettings.xml file in the C:\ProgramData\ABBYY FineReader Server 14.0
  4. Restart the services
