Hand written data recognized incorrectly.

Symptoms

Handwritten digits are read incorrectly.

Cause

The OCR recognition setting has been chosen for the field instead of ICR:

Resolution

Use ICR text type for hand-printed text instead of OCR text type (selected by default).

To do it, select corresponding option in Document Definition in the field Properties at Recognition tab:
