When we try to extract data from QR codes from the document through FlexiLayout, we don't receive any results within FlexiLayout.

We noticed that the QR Code engine is greyed out within the barcode element:

This type of barcode was not chosen in the FlexiLayout.

Resolution

Please open the FlexiLayout and enable the detection of 2D barcodes: FlexiLayout name-> Advanced Pre-recognition Properties-> Extract 2D barcodes:
