How to move the FineReader Server 14 license to a new machine/server?

 

Answer

First, it is necessary to deactivate the license on the old machine and then activate it on a new one:

  1. Go to the Licensing node and right-click on the license and choose Deactivate License from the menu, then follow the instructions in the Deactivation Wizard;
  2. On the new machine, right-click the Licensing node, choose Add New License, and follow the instructions in the Activation Wizard.
