Symptoms

During work the user can be logged out and unable to complete his tasks. They can receive an error message saying An error occurred, task not allowed:

Cause

Task Not allowed error usually indicates that someone else has taken the batch for processing while the operator was waiting or something else. 

Resolution

This is expected behavior.
