How do you solve this problem?
On the machine i want to install, i already install project setup, processing server, flexilayout studio and etc. Is this a problem?

Hello Alexander,
It looks like you tried to install FlexiCapture Distributed and Developer's package on the same machine.
If you would like to have your test environment with the Application Server/Processing Server/Processing station then download the installation ISO file from the following link:
FlexiCapture download
If you are going to work with FlexiCapture Cloud, then you may use the following installation with the License server and stations:
FlexiCapture Cloud Latest release
So only one FlexiCapture 12 type (Distributed or Developer's package) can be installed on the same PC.
If this isn't the case, you could raise a ticket to the support team:

Hi, Do you need a special license to install Flexicapture Distributed?. I mean for developers package you need a specific license and for distributed another specific license? Is that how it works? and is this case How do I know what type license I have?

Yes, the license numbers are different for the Developer's package and Distributed installation. The license type should be mentioned in the letter with the number.
As I can see in your tickets, you have FlexiCapture 12 Dev Package for FC Cloud, so it will be correct to use the Developer's package installation file only:
FlexiCapture Cloud Latest release
