Common cause of this error message is if the file has an enabled protection and it's common with PDF files.
A potential solution involves identifying whether a document is password-protected and routing it to a specific custom stage based on this condition.
For instance, you can create an "Exception-password" stage, which should be positioned at the top of the list.

Hi thanks for your aswer. However abbyy gets documents from microservice which put off document's pasword. Even Abbyy set an especific error when document has password. This is other error.
Will you be able to get that file being sent by microservice to confirm that the password was removed?
Furthermore, here is another article that might be related or similar to what you are experiencing.

If that doesn't help, I think it will be best to submit a request to ABBYY Customer Support to further check and investigate.
Hello youre right. I've checked my microservice and theres an error during the send
Well, it seems like the password wasn't being removed and it seems like a protection on the pdf document itself.
You may want to check the pdf properties and see how it is being protected maybe it not just password protection.
