現象

バージョンアップの失敗時には、以下のメッセージが表示されました。

To continue installation of the Application Server component, please install Microsoft .Net Core 3.1 (or above) - Windows Server Hosting module. You can find the module available in the External Components section on this distribution list, or download it from microsoft.com website.

原因

この現象は FlexiCapture 12 のバージョンアップを試みているマシン環境に、以下のモジュールがインストールされていないときに発生します。

Microsoft .Net Core 3.1 (or above) - Windows Server Hosting module

解決

インストール用の媒体から以下のモジュールがインストールできますので、事前にインストールを進めてください。

Microsoft .Net Core 3.1 (or above) - Windows Server Hosting module
