The information you have provide is quite vague and sending this question to the support team would be best route as this is more like a customization.
Note that this is a community site where other customers and supports would share some recommendations and if you wish to have inadept and timely support it is best to create a support ticket.
As for your concern, when you said Delete, are you referring to deleting the whole field or group I don't think that is possible.
