After a scan by the recognition i've got the message that the SystemFactory.Cache and MorphologyCache was denied
I lowed this link with no help

I looked to the Licenses and the Comparator directory thy have by users full access.
When i change the security of the directory FineReaderShell to full access the problem is gone. Why did the directory FineReaderShell not full access after install
