Symptoms

No main license selected on <LicenseServer> error is shown when opening any FlexiCapture application. The Licensing Manager has the license activated and selected.

Cause

The possible cause is a different version of Licensing Server and FlexiCapture clients.

Resolution

Check the version of ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Servers installed on your server:

Licensing Server is installed as a part of ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Servers. If the versions are different like on the above screenshot, update the ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Servers installation to the same version as the stations you are using.
