How to collect mini-dump on the station on IPE?
Answer
Apply the registry key on the machines where the error occurs:
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ABBYY\Fine Objects\CreateMinidumpOnInternalError
Value (string): true
Example:
When the error occurs, there will be a message box prompting you to save the mini-dump and its location.
After that, once the dump is collected, disable the key by setting the value to false.
This feature is available in Release 4 Update 1 (12.0.4.734) or newer builds.
