Is there a way to create an email alert for when the Processing Station, Processing Server, or Licensing Service goes down?

It is not possible to receive notifications using FlexiCapture 12 alerts. Just because FlexiCapture components are not running. 

In most cases, the errors that lead to the FlexiCapture 12 Windows Services outage are logged in the Event Viewer Application Log. It is possible to trigger an email alert from a Windows event that includes the specified event details.
