"Access denied" error while uploading the project to the Application Server

Symptoms

Access denied error while uploading the project to the Application Server.

Cause

The user does not have enough permissions.

Resolution

  • Check that user running the Project Setup Station has Project Setup Editor or Administrator role in Administration & Monitoring Console > Settings > Users.
  • Check that user running the Processing Server Service (Windows Run > services.msc) has Processing Server role in Administration & Monitoring Console > Settings > Users and it has full permissions to the File Storage folder.
