Symptoms

FlexiCapture 12 Processing Station service throws the following error:

Windows could not start the ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Processing Station service on Local Computer.
Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure.

Cause

Incorrect user credentials to run the Windows service.

Resolution

Double-check the user credentials for starting the FlexiCapture 12 Processing Station service:
 

 
Alternatively, try to run the service under the Network Service account, which is a default one.
