Symptoms

When trying to open a batch in Web Verification Station, there is an error: 

notHandledInternalError

After downloading the log file and opening log.json file the following error can be found: 

"errorCode":"notHandledInternalError","error":{"exception":{"values":{"0":
"type":"TypeError","value":"Cannot read properties of undefined...

Cause

This is a known issue.  

Resolution

This error is fixed in FlexiCapture 12 Release 4 Update 1. The recommended way of resolving this issue is updating the FlexiCapture 12 to the latest release.
