Symptoms

After each login to the Administration and Monitoring console, it is required to change the password.

Cause

A possible reason for this behavior could be a network failure that prevented the trigger from firing the value in the PasswordReset column in the FlexiCapture database from 1 to 0 which subsequently led to a constant request to change the password.

Resolution

To bypass the password change request, open the FlexiCapture database, navigate to the dbo.Principal table, and check if the user account's PasswordReset value is set to 1 or not. If it is, then set it to 0 and save it. Then it will not ask to change the password.
