Error during document processing: A sharing violation occurred while accessing <server>, in method CFileServiceHandler::HandleRequest (Append) invoked by <username>

Symptoms

While processing documents in FlexiCapture 12 with File Storage placed in Microsoft Azure file share, a 500 error occurs:

A sharing violation occurred while accessing <server>, in method CFileServiceHandler::HandleRequest (Append) invoked by <username>

Cause

The issue may be caused by the default restriction of content length in IIS (30 MB).

Resolution

To resolve the issue, consider increasing of content length in IIS, for example, to 300 MB.
