Symptoms

When adding an Export or Import profile using Oauth the following error is displayed:

Flow failed. Failure info/error: Connect to token endpoint failed.

Cause

The issue is caused by the old version of Chilkat.

Resolution

The version of Chilkat was updated in FineReader Server 14 R4 P1 (Build 14.0.4.668)
Please download the latest build of FineReader Server 14 and update the application.
