Error message while processing *.msg files

If while processing *.msg files in FineReader Server 14 you see the following error message:

Cannot execute the job because the message file is corrupted. Error: An error occurred while processing the message file 'email.msg': The logon did not succeed. Please try again later.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Stop other workflows that use Outlook;
  2. Make sure that FineReader Server 14 Server Manager service is running under the logged in account;
  3. Close Administration Console;
  4. Close Outlook;
  5. End all dllhost processes in Task Manager:
  6. Restart Microsoft Office Click-to-Run Service;
  7. Try processing the file again.
