If while processing *.msg files in FineReader Server 14 you see the following error message:
Cannot execute the job because the message file is corrupted. Error: An error occurred while processing the message file 'email.msg': The logon did not succeed. Please try again later.
Please follow the steps below:
- Stop other workflows that use Outlook;
- Make sure that FineReader Server 14 Server Manager service is running under the logged in account;
- Close Administration Console;
- Close Outlook;
- End all dllhost processes in Task Manager:
- Restart Microsoft Office Click-to-Run Service;
- Try processing the file again.
