How to generate an AInfo report for FlexiCapture?

Answer

FlexiCapture Standalone

  1. Open the installation folder of ABBYY FlexiCapture. The default installation folder is C:\Program Files\ABBYY FlexiCapture.
  2. Open the Support folder.
  3. Launch the Ainfo.exe file in the Support folder.
  4. Click the Save... button.
  5. Select the path and click Save.

FlexiCapture Distributed

In FlexiCapture Distributed, separate reports are generated for Servers and Stations.

  1. Open the installation folder of the workstation or server. The default installation folders are C:\Program Files\ABBYY FlexiCapture Stations for stations and C:\Program Files\ABBYY FlexiCapture Servers for servers.
  2. Open the Support folder.
  3. Launch the Ainfo.exe file in the Support folder.
  4. Click the Save... button.
  5. Select the path and click Save.
