Symptoms

Error when creating a database in FlexiCapture:

Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'

Cause

Corrupted SSL settings.

Resolution

To avoid the issue, set the Client Certificates to Ignore in the IIS Manager as shown below:
