To change the number of IIS Workers follow these steps.

1. On the computer with the FlexiCapture 12 Application Server installed open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
2. Select the Application Pools node.
3. Select the FlexiCapture 12 Web Services from the list of Application Pools and click Advanced settings.
4. Find the Maximum Worker Processes parameter and change it appropriately.
