FineReader Server 14 - The Administration Console is empty

Symptoms

When you open FineReader Server 14 Administration Console it's empty.

There is no workflow, license, and other tabs:

Cause

FineReader Server 14 Services are not running.

Resolution

  1. Open Windows Services:
    Press Windows + R, type services.msc in Run dialog, and hit Enter key to open it:
    open Services from Run
  2. Select FineReader Server 14 Services and manually start them:
