Symptoms

The Processing Server immediately stops after starting. There could be the following application error messages output in the Event Log:

Faulting application name: FlexiBrSvc.exe
Faulting module name: RPCRT4.dll

Faulting application name: FlexiBrSvc.exe
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll

FlexiBr: The tenant 0 has been activated. There are no page credits left in your balance. The serial number of the license:...

Cause

Possible causes are:

1. The Application Server is not specified correctly in the Processing Server Properties.
2. The Processing Server connects to the Application Server, but the FlexiCapture Database is not configured.

Resolution

1. The Application Server should be specified as http://<ServerAddress> or https://<ServerAddress>. Check that the Application Server is specified correctly in the Processing Server Properties. 
   
2. Make sure that the FlexiCapture Database is configured. The Database configuration is available in Administration and Monitoring Station > Settings > Application Server. If you need to configure the Database, make sure to run the browser as administrator.
