Symptoms

The FlexiCapture log in Administration and Monitoring console > Processing Monitor > Event log gets populated by the repeating records including "Internal program error:src\RecordBindings.cpp, 1159", same batch name, and batch ID.

Cause

The cause of the issue is not completely clear due to the rare occurrence.

Resolution

There are two ways to solve the issue:

1. Use Batch view on thick or thin Verification station and send the affected batch to recognition once more using the "Send to stage" option.
2. Another way to resolve the issue is to delete the affected batch with the documents inside. You may do that in the Administration and Monitoring console > Processing Monitor > Batches. If batch can't be removed, first you may need to delete the related session in Administration and Monitoring console > Processing Monitor > Sessions.
