Answer

PostgreSQL is supported in beta mode (see in article Can I use PostgreSQL (Postgress) for FlexiCapture 12 Database Server? for more details). The option to select PostgreSQL for FlexiCapture 12 Database Server is disabled in Administration and Monitoring Console by default.

To enable selection of PostgreSQL for FlexiCapture Database follow the steps below:

Add key PostgreSqlEnabled to appSettings node in web.config file of FlexiCapture Administration & Monitoring Console (default file path: С:\inetpub\wwwroot\FlexiCapture12\Monitoring\Web.config)
