Some older ABBYY products and product versions cannot be registered or activated through the ABBYY website.
Products that cannot be registered or activated online
The following products and versions are not supported by the online registration and activation system on our website:
- ABBYY FineReader 11 and earlier versions
- ABBYY FineReader Home Edition
- ABBYY FineReader Express Edition
- ABBYY PDF Transformer+
- ABBYY PDF Transformer 3.0 and earlier versions
- ABBYY Business Card Reader 2.0 for Windows
- ABBYY Screenshot Reader 9.0
- ABBYY FotoReader
- ABBYY Scan To Office
- ABBYY Receipt Reader
How to register an unsupported product
First, try to register your product directly through the product interface. If you cannot complete registration or activation through the product, contact ABBYY Customer Support:
- Submit a support request.
- Select Consumer Products as the product category.
- Select your product from the list. If your product isn't listed, select Other product.
- Provide your registration details:
- Email address
- Name
- Company name (if applicable)
Support limitations for unsupported products
ABBYY Support provides registration and activation assistance for unsupported products, but does not provide technical support for them.
