tryDeleteFirewallRules error message during FineReader Server installation

Symptoms

While installing FineReader Server 14 the installation fails:

In the installation logs you can see the following error message:

error name="_tryDeleteFirewallRules l=584"

Cause

The error is pointing to the issue with Windows Firewall settings 

Resolution

Uncheck the "Allow ABBYY FineReader Server through Windows Firewall" box during the installation process
