How to free up space in the FlexiCapture File Storage?

Answer

1. Perform manual cleanup in the Administration and Monitoring Console > Settings > Cleanup to remove log data, reports, and processed batches:
   
2. Use the Compact project feature for projects located on your server in Project Setup Station > Project > Compact:

   

   If there is no data to be compacted, this button will be grayed out.

3. Remove unneeded projects in Administration and Monitoring Console > Settings > Projects:
   If the free space is not increased after all the steps above, shrink the FlexiCapture database, it recovers space by moving pages of data from the end of the file to unoccupied space closer to the front of the file.
