How to send the FlexiCapture 12 project to Customer Support so that it can be properly examined?

Answer

1. Open the project from the server at the Project Setup Station.
2. In the Project Setup Station main menu, go to the Project > Export project:
   
3. Make sure that the Export data sets option is enabled:
   
4. Navigate to the exported project folder.
   
5. Archive (zip) the entire folder where the .fcproj file is, with all its subfolders, zip it, and 
6. Upload the zip file to the provided shared location.

The entire FlexiCapture project, not just the .fcproj file, should be sent, as otherwise the project will not open without other required files.
