When trying to log into the FlexiCapture 12 I get the Account is locked message and can't proceed.

Cause

If you attempt to authenticate with invalid credentials more than 3 consecutive times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. 

Resolution

This behavior is by design. Neither you nor an administrator will be able to unlock your locked-out account during this time.
