Symptoms

Issue with the processing of the excel (.xlsx) files.

In the FineReader Server Jobs node, you can see the error message: "Conversion of file ...timed out".

Cause

The time period for the conversion of this file is not enough.

Resolution

Increase JobAssemblingTimeout from "120" to "260" in the workflow file :

1. Export your workflow "WorkflowName.xml" and open it (NotePad++ for example)
2. In the JobAssemblingTimeout string change value from "120" to "260"
3. Save changes and import the workflow to FineReader Server 14 Administration Console:
   Workflows -> Load Workflow Settings.
