Is there a way to set up the password for the first account after Flexicapture installation?

Question

On a fresh installation of FlexiCapture, is there a way to set up the password for the first account (admin account)?

Answer

You can log in under the administrator account to the Administration and Monitoring Console, go to the Settings - Users, choose the administrator user and press the Reset Password button.

Also, you can log in using WinAuth: http://%servername%/FlexiCapture12/Monitoring/WinAuth/#Settings/Users (by default http://localhost/FlexiCapture12/Monitoring/WinAuth/#Settings/Users) and do the same.

If the WinAuth login doesn’t work, check if the Windows Authentication is Enabled in the IIS settings for the <Server Name>\Sites\Default Web Site\FlexiCapture12\Monitoring:
