Symptoms
While trying to open Administration & Monitoring Console an error occurs:
HTTP 503: Service Unavailable.
Abbyy.FlexiCapture.LoginStation.VerificationApplication.Application_Error() in C:\vstsagent\A4\_work\200\s\Autbentication_new\LoginStation\Global.asax
Cause
Such kind of an error usually might appear when
- Not all required IIS components are installed.
- FlexiCapture services are not running.
- Application Pool is not started.
Resolution
- Check that all required IIS components are installed:
- Make sure that FlexiCapture services are up and running.
- Start FlexiCapture Application Pools (Open IIS Manager > Choose Application Pool > Choose Application Pool Type > Start Application Pools).
